SAN SCAN is a weather-data analytics tool. It compares public weather-model forecasts against publicly listed prediction-market prices and displays where they differ. It is an information service only. It does not place trades, hold funds, or tell you what to do with your money.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. What the Service is — and is not

The Service provides informational weather and market analytics: model forecasts, ensemble probabilities, station calibration, and comparisons to market prices.
The Service is not financial, investment, trading, betting, or legal advice, and does not create any advisory, brokerage, or fiduciary relationship between you and us.
Any figure labelled “insight”, “edge”, “win chance”, “payout”, “suggested stake”, or similar is an automated statistical estimate derived from third-party weather and market data. It is not a promise, guarantee, or recommendation, and it is provided for research and informational purposes only.
You are solely responsible for any decision you make and any transaction you enter into. We are not a party to those transactions.

4. No guarantee of accuracy

Weather forecasts, ensemble models, station observations, and market data are inherently uncertain and are supplied by third parties (including Open-Meteo, NOAA, and prediction-market data providers). We do not warrant that any information is accurate, complete, current, or error-free. Past model performance does not predict future results.

5. Assumption of risk

Prediction markets and any related activity involve substantial risk, including the total loss of any funds you commit. You acknowledge that you use the Service and act on any information from it entirely at your own risk, and that you can afford any losses you may incur.

6. Eligibility and lawful use

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring that using the Service, and any prediction-market activity you undertake, is legal in your jurisdiction. Prediction markets are restricted or prohibited in some places (for example, Polymarket is not available to persons in the United States). The Service is not offered where prohibited, and you may not use it in violation of any applicable law.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Polymarket or any market operator, exchange, or data provider referenced by the Service.

7. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

Paid access is offered on a recurring subscription. Prices and billing periods are shown at checkout.
Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider ([Stripe / Paddle / other]). By subscribing you also agree to that provider's terms.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current paid period. See our Refund Policy.

8. Acceptable use

You may not resell, redistribute, scrape, or republish the Service's data or output; share your account or access credentials; attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service; or use it for any unlawful purpose.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, design, and presentation are owned by us or our licensors. Underlying weather and market data belong to their respective providers. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own informational use.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading, betting, or investment losses, or for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on its information. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the [three (3) months] before the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, or expense arising out of your use of the Service, your decisions, or your breach of these Terms or of any applicable law.
