SAN SCAN is a digital subscription that gives you immediate access to weather-data analytics. This page explains cancellations and when refunds are available.

Because the Service provides immediate digital access to time-sensitive data, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started, except as required by law or as stated below:

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a digital purchase. Because access is granted immediately, we ask you to consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day withdrawal right once access begins.
