SAN SCAN is a digital subscription that gives you immediate access to weather-data analytics.
This page explains cancellations and when refunds are available.
1. Cancellations
You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing

When you cancel, your subscription stops renewing and your access continues until the end of the current
paid period. We do not charge you again after cancellation.
2. Refunds
Because the Service provides immediate digital access to time-sensitive data, subscription fees
are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started, except as required by law or as
stated below:

within [7] days of your first payment by emailing us, provided the request is made in good faith.
Duplicate or accidental charges, and charges resulting from our billing error, are refunded in full.
Extended service outage — if the Service is unavailable for a prolonged period due to our fault,
contact us and we will offer a pro-rata credit or refund at our discretion.
3. EU/UK right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a digital purchase.
Because access is granted immediately, we ask you to consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that
you lose the 14-day withdrawal right once access begins. Where the right still applies, we will honour it.
4. How to request a refund
Email [[email protected]] from your account email
with the date of charge and reason. We aim to respond within [5] business days. Approved refunds are
returned to your original payment method via our payment provider.
5. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we will try to resolve it quickly. Filing a chargeback
without contacting us may result in your account being suspended.
